This letter is just a reminder that you are responsible to provide verification of all required vaccines 72 hours prior of arrivalfrom a licensed veterinarian. (Vaccines are: Dhpp(distemper/parvo combo, Rabies and Bordetella)
Any vaccine that is over due or given less than 10-14 days of arrival will not be accepted. Vaccines sometimes take up to 14 days to provide full efficiency.

We welcome you to bring any toys or bedding for your pet if you wish. All belongings must be machine washable and labeled with your pets name . We wash all toys and linens everyday and need to identify your pets belongings so we can return them to their suite. All parts of bedding must be machine washable, therefore we can not accept those beds that only have zip off liners.
Remember to always pack extra food and medications (if required) in the event an additional day is needed due to weather or cancelled and delayed transportation's. Please have food labeled and brand of food in lid locked container (no bags please).
